- 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- Cayenne Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
- For the Stew:
- 2 cups Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 2½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1¼ bunches Green Onions, chopped
- 3 large Onions, chopped
- 2½ Bell Peppers, chopped
- 4 heaping Tbsp. chopped Garlic
- 10 cups Water
- 1½ Tbsp. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Beef Bouillon
- Cayenne Pepper, to taste
- 1 (5 lb.) bag Red potatoes, cubed large
- 2 lbs. Carrots
