Meatball stew

THE BEST MEATBALL STEW EVER!

INSTRUCTIONS:

For the Meatballs:

1 ) Add all ingredients, except bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix well. Then add the bread crumbs to bind together.

2 ) Roll into meatballs and place in a baking pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.

For the Stew:

1 ) Heat the oil in a large pot. Then add the flour and make a dark-colored roux. Then add the onions, green onions, and garlic and let cook down for 10 minutes.

2 ) Add the remaining ingredients (except potatoes and carrots) and cook for 30 minutes. Then add the meatballs and cook for 1 hour on a low fire.

3 ) At the 30 minute mark, add the potatoes and carrots and cook until done. Adjust any seasonings if necessary.

4 ) For a smaller batch, cut the recipe in half. Enjoy!
