EASY HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS

Homemade cinnamon rolls are the most favorite breakfast, or dessert for most people. and this version is soft, light, and packed with brown sugar and cinnamon. After the cinnamon rolls bake to a beautiful golden brown, they’re drizzled with a sweet vanilla glaze.

INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH:

  • 2 1/2 TO 3 1/3 Cups All-purpose Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)

FILLING:

  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 4 – 5 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

ICING:

  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 – 3 Tbsp Milk (adjust for desired thickness)
