TWO-INGREDIENTS FUDGE

Today I will be preparing a two-ingredient fudge, two ways I’m preparing a chocolate fudge, and also a peanut butter fudge, and each one only contains two ingredients. it’s less than $5 per recipe makes about 12 servings and only an hour in the fridge.

This is a perfect treat for family gatherings or school functions, church functions. It is something that you need to take, something quick and easy too, but it tastes delicious. So if you want to see how I prepare this two-ingredient fudge two ways, follow the steps below.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 ) Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with 2 pieces of parchment paper allowing the sides to drape over for easy removal.

2 ) Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high about 2 minutes, until melted and smooth, stopping every 30 seconds to stir.

3 ) Pour mixture into prepared pan, and chill for 1 to 2 hours.

4 ) Carefully lift fudge out of pan using sides of parchment paper as handles and place on a cutting board and cut into 12 squares.

2 Minute Chocolate Fudge

Two-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb white confectioner’s coating (white almond bark) broken up (can substitute 1:1 ratio of white chocolate chips or white chocolate candy melts for the almond bark)
  • 1 (16 ounces) jar peanut butter (any brand)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 ) Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with 2 pieces of parchment paper allowing the sides to drape over for easy removal.

2 ) Place broken coating into a large glass microwave safe bowl and melt on low power in microwave oven for 5 minutes stirring after every 30 seconds.

3 ) When coating is smooth and creamy, stir peanut butter into coating until fudge is thoroughly combined.

4 ) Pour mixture into prepared pan, and chill for 1 to 2 hours.

5 ) Carefully lift fudge out of the pan using sides of parchment paper as handles and place on a cutting board and cut into 12 squares. I hope you enjoy it.
