INSTRUCTIONS:
1 ) Cook oil, butter, and flour into roux, stirring constantly for 10-15 minutes
2 ) Add Trinity and cook about 10 more Minutes
3 ) Add Bay Leaf, Thyme, Garlic, tomatoes, Hot Sauce, paprika, Creole Seasoning, Worcestershire, and cook 7-10 minutes
4 ) Gradually pour in 1.5 cups stock, bring to boil, then let simmer. Add crawfish and cook 3-5 minutes.
5 ) Use remaining stock to adjust dish to desired thickness, Serve over Rice, and Enjoy!
In the recipe directions #2 says add “trinity”. What is trinity and where is it in the ingredient list ?
