This spicy Cucumber Salad Recipe is basically a small side dish that’s easy to make, healthy to eat, and a good palate cleanser to dishes that are meat base or heavy in flavor.

 

Ingredients for This Cucumber Salad Recipe:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce



Instructions:

1 ) Start by slicing your cucumbers as thin as you like.

2 ) In a small mixing bowl Put vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, sesame oil and mix to combine.

3 ) In a large mixing bowl Put cucumber slices, and pour dressing over them and toss to coat. then .sprinkle with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes and toss to combine.
