This hot chocolate American style is much thinner than the Italian style, It’s very similar to hot chocolate milk, it’s also much lighter in flavor because of the low ratio of cocoa powder chocolate to milk.
INGREDIENTS:
Serves 2-3 small cups:
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 ounces Dark Chocolate
- 2 1/2 tbsps. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- Pinch of Salt
