Despite being a few generations ahead, the IQOO 11 feels like a natural successor to the IQOO 9 Pro. It shares a similar size and design but boasts an upgraded screen, a bigger battery, and the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

Display And Design
The IQOO 11 boasts a design that is sure to catch your eye. The phone features a soft vegan leather back with a signature striped accent, a result of a partnership with BMW Motorsport. The aluminum frame perfectly complements the curved back and adds to the phone’s overall premium look and feel. One standout feature is the impressive square camera bump, which adds to the phone’s aesthetics.
The IQOO 11’s display is also a thing of beauty. The 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED screen has a QHD resolution and a whopping 144Hz refresh rate, making for an incredibly smooth user experience. Thanks to the latest LTPS technology, the refresh rate is adaptive and can dial down all the way to 1Hz, depending on the content on the screen.
The display is incredibly bright, with a maximum brightness of 490 nits, and can boost up to nearly 1200 nits in auto mode, making it ideal for sunny days. The contrast is excellent, and with a pixel density of almost 520 PPI, the content looks extra sharp.
The phone also supports 10-bit color and HDR10+ and can display excellent color accuracy, depending on the settings chosen. While there’s no Ingress Protection here, the overall design, build quality, and display specs make the IQOO 11 a truly flagship-grade smartphone.

Speaker And Fingerprint Reader
The IQOO 11 also impresses with its audio capabilities. The phone has a pair of stereo speakers that deliver good loudness and excellent sound quality. The speakers produce clear vocals and even some presence in the low end, making for a satisfying audio experience.
In addition, the IQOO 11 features an under-display fingerprint reader, which allows you to wake up and unlock the phone with ease. The fingerprint reader is accurate and responsive, adding an extra layer of security to the phone. Overall, the IQOO 11’s audio and biometric features make it a well-rounded device that is sure to impress.
System Interface And Storage
The international version of the IQOO 11 runs on Funtouch OS 13, which is built on top of Android 13. The interface brings some cosmetic changes and more customization options compared to stock Android. It’s worth noting that the IQOO 11 is actually the first phone to run on the new top.
The phone comes with plenty of storage options, including 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB, although it’s not expandable via microSD. The IQOO 11 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which boasts up to 35% better CPU performance and improved efficiency compared to the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. It also supports new, faster memory technologies like LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0. The phone also packs an in-house V2 chip for display and image processing.
The IQOO 11’s CPU and GPU performance are unrivaled, thanks to the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The high-resolution display does take a toll on the scores, but in 1080P resolution, the performance is impressive. The phone’s thermal management is also decent, allowing for some pretty solid gaming performance. Overall, the IQOO 11 is a powerhouse that can handle even the most demanding tasks with ease.
Battery Life
The IQOO 11 boasts a larger battery than its predecessors, with a capacity of 5,000 milliamp hours. Not only does it have a larger battery, but its battery life is also better. In our tests, it scored an excellent endurance rating of 127 hours.
But what really sets the IQOO 11 apart from other phones on the market is its charging capabilities. The phone comes with a powerful 120-watt bundled charger that can charge the phone from zero to one hundred percent in just 22 minutes. In fact, the charging is so fast that we couldn’t even properly show the results of our 30-minute charging test. Even in just 15 minutes, the IQOO 11 can charge from 0 to 83 percent.
It’s worth noting that there’s no support for wireless charging on the IQOO 11. However, the lightning-fast charging speeds more than make up for this. If you’re someone who’s always on the go and needs a phone that can keep up, the IQOO 11 is definitely worth considering.
IQOO 11 Cameras Review
Moving on to the camera setup, the IQOO 11 is equipped with a triple camera system consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel 2x telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
IQOO 11 Daylight Photos
The IQOO 11’s primary rear cameras capture excellent daylight photos with excellent dynamic range and just the right color saturation. The sharpness and detail are mostly great, although some scenes occasionally appear softer than preferred.
The portrait mode on the IQOO 11 can use either the primary or telephoto camera, but the primary camera produces superior quality in demanding lighting conditions.
However, we prefer the portraits from the telephoto camera, as they provide a more natural-looking perspective and allow you to maintain a comfortable distance from your subject. The image quality is still good, and the edge detection is reliable.
The IQOO 11’s regular two-time zoomed photos are impressive, as they are sharp with well-controlled noise and good dynamic range. However, the colors are not as accurate as those from the main camera. The ultra-wide camera produces images with different colors than the main camera, and while the sharpness is adequate, the dynamic range is respectable, but not exceptional.
IQOO 11 Lowlight Photos
In low light, the main rear camera on the IQOO 11 performs excellently, possibly due to the V2 chip. The default auto night mode processing is lightning-fast and produces well-exposed images with great detail, reasonable noise levels, and nicely developed tonal extremes.
Enabling the night mode directly yields similar results. The telephoto camera also handles low-light situations well, and we didn’t experience any digital crops from the main camera. The automatic night mode processing produces images with very good sharpness and detail, as well as solid dynamic range.
However, the ultra-wide camera struggles in low light. Although the exposure and dynamic range aren’t terrible, details, particularly in shadows, appear soft and smudged. Toggling on the night mode manually does make a slight difference, as shadows appear darker and more detailed, and colors are slightly boosted.
Selfie Cam: The 16-megapixel front-facing camera captures quality selfies, producing a decent amount of detail and sharpness in good lighting conditions. The colors are vivid, and the dynamic range is also good.
Rear Camera Vidoe Quality
The IQOO 11 is capable of recording video up to 8K resolution at 30fps using its main camera. The footage captured is of good quality, featuring reasonably wide dynamic range and extra detail when compared to the 4K footage.
However, the file size is quite large. When recording in 4K resolution, you get the same overall properties, but with less fine detail. Electronic stabilization is also available in this resolution, but if you zoom in, you will end up with a digital crop and upscale from the main camera.
The telephoto camera can also be used for video recording, but only in 1080p resolution at 30fps, and it appears a bit underexposed. The ultra-wide camera is also limited to 1080p at 30fps, but the quality is decent.
IQOO 11 Review Verdict
None of the cameras perform well in low light conditions, but the main camera still manages to retain a decent amount of detail, color saturation, and reasonable dynamic range.
The IQOO 11 is a premium and well-rounded device from Aiko, despite the company releasing multiple phone generations this year. The screen, chipset, battery life, and charging capabilities are all top-notch, and the cameras perform solidly.
However, the main drawback of the IQOO 11 is its limited availability, as Aiko is only available in a few countries such as India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
