We’re not just gonna be using pineapple juice, but we’ll take fresh pineapple, Grill it for a deeper flavor and strain the juice next slice the whole pineapple into about quarter inch slices to get a nice char on the pineapple.

You can use embroil ER or your grill. If you’re gonna boiled them in the oven like I am, put the slices on a baking sheet and boil them for about 7 minutes on each side.

Once The water is boiled and the sugar has completely melted, turn the heat off and put the simple syrup aside to cool. Juice limes and lemons and set the juice aside, and bring the charred pineapple rings (slices). Cut them up and put them into your blender (you could save a small piece or two to garnish your glasses or in a cup of water). Blend until well blended, and strain the juice using a fine strainer.

Now, the strained pineapple juice is ready, pour in the fresh lemon juice and a quarter cup of fresh lime juice, and half of the syrup. Dilute it and pour it into a pitcher, and add 4 cups total of cold water and serve it. . This lemonade tastes best chilled and served over ice. I hope you try this delicious pineapple lemonade

  • Fresh Pineapple – 8 ounces – 230g
  • Sugar Syrup – 1 cup
  • water – 8 ounces – 250ml
  • 1 cup sugar – 7 ounces – 200g
  • Lemon juice – ½ cup – 4 ounces – 125 ml
  • Lime juice – ¼ cup – 2 ounces – 60 ml
  • Water – 5 cups – 1.18L
  • Ice cubes
