INGREDIENTS:

  • Onion 10.58oz
  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • FOR GROUND BEEF MIXTURE:
  • 21.16oz Minced meat
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • dried parsley to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 Boiled egg
  • 12.34oz Potatoes
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 ) Slice the white onion and set it aside.

2 ) Grate the potato using a potato grater and squeeze it with your hand to remove the excess water and set it aside.

3 ) In a mixing bowl place: ground beef, 3 minced Garlic Cloves, (Salt, Black pepper, dried parsley, Nutmeg, and Paprika to taste). Mix the ingredients to combine and set aside.

4 ) Spread the sliced onions on your baking tray evenly, and then drizzle olive oil over it.

5 ) Now, divide the ground beef mixture into about six portions, then form a nice rounded patty into each portion, and place them on the baking tray.

6 ) Using a vegetable grater, grate the boiled egg over each of your ground beef patties, then add the following ingredients, grated potato, mayo, and mozzarella cheese over each of them to taste.

7 ) Bake it at 356 F° for 25 Min and enjoy!
