Need an Easy Recipes For Dinner?
OK, we have five delicious recipes that need only few ingredients and not more than 9 steps for you to process. most of them based on chicken breast, potatoes and broccoli, and some of them incorporate few other ingredients. Though, there is nothing to worry about, because all of them will be available in your kitchen.
1- Cheesy Chicken And Broccoli Pasta:
1.Heat olive oil on medium heat in a large pot. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and allow the chicken to brown on one side.
2.Flip chicken, then add onions and garlic as the second side browns.
3.Once the chicken has browned on both sides, add chicken broth, water, and pasta to the pot.
4.Stir all ingredients, cover the pot with a lid, and bring to a boil. When it begins to boil, uncover and stir. Bring the heat to low, stir, then cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
5.After 20 minutes has passed, uncover and add in the broccoli. Stir continually as the broccoli steams until the rest of the liquid evaporates.
6.Add milk and cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts and you have a smooth cheese sauce.
7.Add salt and pepper (to taste), cayenne, and nutmeg. Stir once more, and serve.
2- baked Chicken And Veggies:
1.Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay out the sweet potato, chicken breasts, and broccoli.
2.Evenly distribute the garlic, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper over the entire pan. Drizzle with olive oil.
3.Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes (or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear).
4.Serve up and dinner’s ready! For an easy cleanup, just carefully toss the aluminum foil and you’re good to go.

3- Slow-Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken:
1.In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper, and black pepper.
2.Place the chicken breasts directly on the bottom of the slow cooker, sprinkle with a bit of salt, and pour on the honey sauce.
3.Cook the chicken for 1½ hours on high.
4.Toss in the carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers. Using tongs, mix the chicken and veggies around the slow cooker so that everything is mixed and coated with the honey sauce.
5.Cook on high for another 1½ hours.
6.Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and place, skin-side up, on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
7.Broil for 2-3 minutes, until the skin is golden and crispy. (optional)
8.Serve on plates with the veggies, chicken, and a spoonful of the leftover honey sauce. And serve!
4- Slow Cooker Herb Butter Chicken:
1.Slice the red potatoes in half.
2.Lay the potatoes and half of the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
3.Cut onion in half and save for later.
4.In a bowl, mix butter, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic until well-combined.
5.Stuff the chicken with the other half of the onion and lemon wedge.
6.Rub the herb butter mixture all over the outside of the chicken.
7.Place the chicken on top of the potatoes and onions in the slow cooker and place a sprig of thyme and rosemary on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high.
8.Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and place on a baking sheet. Remove the lemon and onion from inside the chicken.
9.Add the green beans to the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the skin is golden brown. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
5- Baked Chicken And Vegetable with Garlic Parmesan:
1.Cut broccoli and potatoes into small pieces and place on either side of a sheet tray.
2.Place two whole chicken breasts in the middle of the sheet tray. Drizzle the vegetables and chicken with olive oil (all but 1 tablespoon).
3.Drizzle the vegetables and chicken with olive oil (all but 1 tablespoon).
4.In a small bowl, blend the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
5.Evenly sprinkle the spice mixture over the veggies and both sides of the chicken. (TIP! Save any excess spice mix for next time.)
6.Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
7.Lightly mix the veggies on the pan with your hands to coat with the spices.
8.Rub the top of the chicken breast with crushed garlic, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
9.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165ºF (75ºC).
